There are many ways that the ice age could of started. Scientists don’t really know the real reason, but there are three main ways that they scientists think that it could of started. One reason is that the earth’s orbit slowly moves a little farther from the sun. Anther reason is less carbon dioxide in the atmosphere making land colder. A third reason could be the unnoticeably movement of Earth’s plates moving, which could change the height and position of the continents and oceans. Maybe scientist one day will find out.
